Justin or Tua

After winning the College Championship, it was no wonder that Joe Burrow(LSU quarterback) would be first overall in the NFL draft. The question is who will the second quarterback of the board be? At first everyone said  Tua Tagovailoa would be the next pick but he got hurt in a regular season game against Mississippi State. Then scouts turned to Oregon quarterback Justin Herbert who led his team to win the Rose Bowl. Herbert has also been preforming better in the combine than Tua. The question still remains who will go first Tua or Justin?
